Thank you for shopping at Amir Pasha Supplements. We aim to provide high-quality, authentic supplements and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

✔ Unopened & Unused Products

Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and sealed.

✔ Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, we will replace it or issue a refund.

✔ Return Request within 7 Days

All return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Clearance or promotional sale items

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our side

4. Replacement Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost

  • You may be asked to share photos of the issue for verification

5. Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/expired/damaged item), we cover shipping

  • If the return is for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong order), the customer covers the return shipping cost

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once the shipment is processed, cancellation is not possible.
